Directions to Costa Azul Resort from Puerto Vallarta International Airport: Take Highway 200 North to San Francisco (nicknamed San Pancho). At the entrance to San Francisco, follow Costa Azul signs to the resort. Distance: approximate 30 miles.
Airport Transfers:

Taxis:
Available outside the Puerto Vallarta airport, typical costs are around $85US. The best deals can be found by walking to the overpass of HWY 200 and negotiating with the cabi. Cab rides are about 35 minutes.
By Bus:
Once you leave the main airport entrance, head to the left, you need to cross over the highway on the pedestrian bridge. Look for a Bus that has the words "Sayulita" displayed on the windshield. Bus fair is about 20 pesos ($2US) Once you arrive in Sayulita, walk a block to town square and catch a taxi to Costa Azul. ($10-15) Total time about 70 minutes. |
