Chef Service This is a highly recommended but optional service offered to our guests. Chef Martin together with assistant Francisco prepare a spectacular breakfast and dinner. A typical menu might include fresh fruit and huevos rancheros or french toast in the morning and then freshly caught fish or grilled steak in the evening. Your welcoming dinner is usually in the theme of a Mexican fiesta beginning with margaritas and following with authentic Mexican fare.
