With our European Plan, you'll stay in one of our 18 beachfront suites that are steps away from the beach, pool, and restaurant with stunning ocean views from a private balcony. Each suite captures the unique essence of the region with local art and decor. The European Plan includes two double beds, a small living room with two sofas, writing desk, armoire chest, and attached bathroom with Spanish tiled walk-in shower. Maximum Occupancy: 4

**Standard Booking & Cancellation Policy***
*A 2-night deposit is due upon booking. The balance is automatically billed 30 days prior to arrival. Changes made inside 30 days are subject to a $50 change fee. Cancellations made inside 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a no refund cancellation penalty. No refunds on un-used room nights.

***Holiday**** rates and Policies **apply the week before and after Easter, the week before and after Christmas, Thanksgiving week, and Presidents holiday in Feb.

**Booking & Cancellation Policy for Group and Holiday Reservations **
For group and holiday reservations, a 50% deposit is due upon booking. Final payment for all Christmas reservations is due on September 1st of that year. No refunds will be issued after September 1. If cancellation occurs, guest may rebook for non holiday time provided space is available but no monetary refunds will be given for rate differences. Final payment for all Easter reservation is due on February 1st of that year. No refunds will be issued after February 1. If cancellation occurs, guest may rebook for non holiday time provided space is available but no monetary refunds will be given for rate differences.

The balance on group and wedding bookings billed 90 days prior to arrival. Changes made inside 60 days are subject to a $50 change fee. Cancellations made on holiday and group reservations inside 90 days prior to arrival are subject to no refund. No refunds on un-used room nights.

All packages rates are based on per person, per night and double occupancy. Packages do not include mixed drinks, gratuities, or airport transfers. Teen and child rates are valid when sharing a room with a paying adult.
