Just 25 minutes south from Costa Azul you have the chance to experience the exotic wild life of the Nayarit region. The riverboat guides will take you on a wild adventure starting with the massive expansion of local mega resorts in the area before entering the remote and secluded waterways and tributaries where the crocodiles roam. Along the way, you’ll see close up the “Swimming with Dolphins” exhibit, see the different varieties of iguanas and birds (so close you can almost touch them - great for picture taking!), and hear a bit of history about this area’s once sleepy fishing village.

Crocodile Farm & Exotic Wildlife:
As the remote tour though the mangroves and tributaries concludes, you will be dropped off at the "Farm" as we like to call it. This is a place to get up close to the crocodiles, birds, wild boars and many other local wild life from around the region.

Last stop on the tour is one of the areas local tequila factories. Lean about the rich history of Mexico's Tequila industry and how this popular drink came into existence. You’ll get an abreviated lesson on how tequila is made before getting another lesson on how this liquor is properly drunk. This is followed by a fun taste test of the different flavors of tequila that this particular factory offers, using your newly acquired tequila drinking skills.
