**Standard Booking & Cancellation Policy***
*A 2-night deposit is due upon booking. The balance is automatically billed 30 days prior to arrival. Changes made inside 30 days are subject to a $50 change fee. Cancellations made inside 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a no refund cancellation penalty. No refunds on un-used room nights.

***Holiday**** rates and Policies **apply the week before and after Easter, the week before and after Christmas, Thanksgiving week, and Presidents holiday in Feb.

**Booking & Cancellation Policy for Group and Holiday Reservations **
For group and holiday reservations, a 50% deposit is due upon booking. Final payment for all Christmas reservations are due on September 1st of that year. No refunds will be issued after September 1. If cancellation occurs, guest may rebook for non holiday time provided space is available but no monetary refunds will be given for rate differences. Final payment for all Easter reservations are due on February 1st of that year. No refunds will be issued after February 1. The balance on group and wedding bookings billed 90 days prior to arrival. Changes made inside 60 days are subject to a $50 change fee. Cancellations made on holiday and group reservations inside 90 days prior to arrival are subject to no refund. No refunds on un-used room nights.

All packages rates are based on per person, per night and double occupancy. Packages do not include mixed drinks, gratuities, or airport transfers. Teen and child rates are valid when sharing a room with a paying adult.
